1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SastaKhana, including our website and mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including customers and vendor partners.

2. What SastaKhana Is

SastaKhana is a marketplace platform that connects customers with food businesses offering Fresh Deals and Surplus Deals. SastaKhana is a technology platform only. We are not a food business, food producer, or food handler. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety and accuracy of the food and deals they list.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• You must be 13 years of age or older to use SastaKhana.
• You are responsible for collecting your reservation within the specified pickup window.
• You must show your QR code or reservation confirmation at the vendor counter to collect your order.
• Reservations that are not collected within the pickup window may be forfeited without refund.
• You agree not to misuse the platform, including creating false reservations or abusing the refund process.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of all deal listings, including price, content and pickup window.
• All food listed must be safe for consumption and prepared in compliance with applicable Pakistani food safety regulations.
• Vendors must honour confirmed reservations within the stated pickup window.
• Vendors may not use SastaKhana to list food that is unsafe, mislabelled or otherwise deceptive.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices shown on SastaKhana are set by vendors. SastaKhana charges a platform fee as disclosed at the time of transaction. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Payment methods accepted are displayed at checkout in the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

SastaKhana provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific deal or vendor. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SastaKhana is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the SastaKhana platform, including the name, logo, design and code, is owned by SastaKhana. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Account Termination

SastaKhana reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behaviour, or negatively impact other users or vendor partners.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
